Our mission is to collaborate effectively with our customers to help them understand increasingly complex metrics, enabling them to make well-informed decisions, based on the insights they derive from clear, data-driven visualisations.

Our Approach
Our philosophy is to help our customers achieve their goals as effectively as possible. During a consultation we work together with clients to envisage how a story or dashboard should work from an end-user’s perspective. We can then begin to strategise our data modeling, build in appropriate aggregated calculations, ensure seamless data flow, and conceptualise insightful well-designed narratives or exploratory interactive visualisations. As every project is unique and has its own complexity, we partner and collaborate with our customers to ensure that each step of the overall project is tracked through sprint cycles, and each iteration of the product development is drafted and approved at agreed milestones.

Data Visualisation
In order to achieve clear concise insights, we connect to data through a wide range of platforms, from a well-maintained cloud-based data warehouse, to an Excel file simply provided via email. We then transform and aggregate the data and ensure it flows seamlessly into data visualisation software. We can then create meaningful, engaging stories and dashboards to be shared through a wide variety of outputs, depending on the requirements of the audience.
